Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Should you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with relevant details and supporting images where applicable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
