Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your rorder. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Payment authorisation issues

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Errors in pricing or product information

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.
 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Domestic Orders
 All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. (UK Mail Provider) as products are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Processing orders will take on average: 2-3 days

International Orders:
Please note all international orders usually take around 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on your destination, should this be longer please keep an eye on your tracking number that we send to you; a gentle reminder expect delays during busy festive periods.
